Returns: Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened bottles, used products, or items not in their original condition cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
